How WhatsApp pricing actually works
The WhatsApp Business API itself is free from Meta. What you pay is (1) Meta's per-message fee and (2) your provider's software fee. Since 1 July 2025 Meta bills per message by category — marketing, utility and authentication — with service messages free.
Some providers resell Meta's messages at a markup of 20% to well over 100% depending on category. On high volume that quietly becomes one of your largest line items. GrowOnBot never marks up a message — you see Meta's rate and pay Meta's rate.

Pricing FAQ
What does “zero markup” mean?
Meta charges a per-message fee for WhatsApp Business Platform messages, set by category and country. GrowOnBot passes that fee straight through at cost — nothing added on top of each message. (UAE and international customers: a ~4% currency conversion fee applies to message charges only, a real cost of converting AED/USD payments through our payment processor, not a markup. How does WhatsApp per-message pricing work?
Since 1 July 2025, Meta bills per message by category: marketing, utility, and authentication. Service (customer-initiated) messages are free. Rates vary by country — see Meta's rate card for India and the UAE.
Do you support pricing in AED for the UAE?
Yes. GrowOnBot serves SMBs in both India and the UAE, with local billing. Launch is AED 89/mo and Growth is AED 149/mo. Everywhere else, plans are billed in USD: Launch at $25/mo and Growth at $40/mo.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, a 14-day free trial. You only pay Meta's message charges during the trial; the GrowOnBot plan fee is waived.
Are there annual plans?
Yes. Annual billing saves roughly 10% versus paying monthly.
How is GrowOnBot different from other WhatsApp Business API providers?
GrowOnBot charges 0% markup on Meta's per-message rate, while many WhatsApp Business API resellers such as AiSensy, Interakt, and Wati add a markup on top of every message. You pay a flat plan fee plus Meta's rate at cost, with full visibility into what you're billed.
