GrowOnBot provides customer engagement and marketing automation services that rely on third-party providers such as Interakt (for WhatsApp & RCS) and Fast2SMS (for SMS services).
All payments made to GrowOnBot are final and non-refundable, except where explicitly stated. Users are advised to carefully review the refund policies of our third-party service providers before making any purchases.
1. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable, as they are governed by Interakt & Fast2SMS policies:
1.1. WhatsApp Business API & RCS Messaging (Powered by Interakt)
- All subscription fees, usage charges, and wallet recharges are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be provided for any unused balance in your wallet.
- If a user fails to comply with WhatsApp’s policies, resulting in account suspension or bans, no refund will be issued.
- Meta’s Cloud API infrastructure does not offer data localization, and GrowOnBot is not liable for policy changes affecting refunds.
📌 Users must review Interakt’s refund policy before making any payments:
1.2. SMS Services (Powered by Fast2SMS)
- No refunds for failed SMS deliveries, wallet balance, or blocked accounts.
- Once an SMS is sent, credits cannot be reversed or refunded.
- If TRAI/DLT regulations result in message blocking, no refunds will be provided.
- If a user account is terminated due to spam, abusive messages, or regulatory violations, no refund will be issued.

2. Limited Refund Eligibility (Billing Errors Only)
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate Payments: If a user is accidentally charged twice for the same service.
- Billing Errors: If an incorrect amount is deducted due to a system issue on GrowOnBot’s end.
- Service Activation Failure: If the user pays but does not receive access due to a technical error.
Note: If the issue is caused by Interakt or Fast2SMS, users must raise a dispute directly with them, as per their refund policies.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, users must:
- Submit a refund request via email to [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction.
- Provide transaction details, including payment confirmation, reason for refund, and any relevant screenshots.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.
Refund requests for third-party services (Interakt/Fast2SMS) must be handled via us.
4. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
- Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension.
- If a chargeback is fraudulently initiated, GrowOnBot reserves the right to permanently terminate the account and take legal action if necessary.
