1. General Terms

1.1 GrowOnBot is a customer engagement & marketing automation platform.

1.2 Some services depend on third-party providers (Interakt, Fast2SMS).

1.3 Users must comply with WhatsApp, RCS, and SMS provider policies.

1.4 Buzz Future Media reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

Users MAY NOT:

  • Use GrowOnBot for spam, phishing, or illegal activities.
  • Send messages violating WhatsApp Business or TRAI/DLT guidelines.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense GrowOnBot without permission.
  • Violate Interakt or Fast2SMS policies.

Any violation may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Payments, Refunds & Subscription

3.1 All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases of:

  • Billing errors.
  • Duplicate payments.
  • Failed service activation.

3.2 No refunds for WhatsApp or SMS credits, as per Interakt & Fast2SMS policies.

3.3 Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Liability & Disclaimers

4.1 GrowOnBot is provided “as is” with no warranties.

4.2 Buzz Future Media is NOT liable for:

  • Third-party service failures (Interakt, Fast2SMS).
  • Data breaches or message delays caused by WhatsApp, RCS, or SMS infrastructure.
  • Regulatory restrictions imposed by TRAI, GDPR, or Meta.

5. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Disputes shall be resolved as follows:

  1. For disputes between GrowOnBot (Buzz Future Media) and users:
    • Arbitration shall take place in Ahmedabad, India.
    • Courts in Ahmedabad shall have jurisdiction.
  2. For disputes involving third-party providers (Interakt, Fast2SMS):
    • Arbitration shall take place in Mumbai (for Interakt) or Delhi (for Fast2SMS).
    • Subject to arbitration, courts in Mumbai or Delhi shall have jurisdiction.
